Roles and responsibilities-

  • Candidates with 3 years of article ship / internship experience from reputed firms and 2 years of industry experience as well as freshers will be given preference
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Should carry very good attitude and willing to work on any work assigned
  • Usage of Microsoft Office, Excel, power point and word - Advanced level 3
  • Ensure all financial reporting requirements to internal and external parties are prepared and submitted accurately and within the agreed deadlines
  • Responsible for handling day to day accounts of firms and Small and Medium Business Organization
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements like Trial Balance, Profit and Loss statement, Balance sheet and cash flow statements
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement, Monthly debtor and Creditors statements
  • Filing of annual return of companies with ROC
  • Should have Knowledge in vouching and verification of books of the firms during audit period
  • Strong accounting, taxation background
  • Good knowledge about all the taxation and policies
  • Advice clients on tax issues and filing tax-returns
  • Incorporation assignments for Company /NBFC/ LLP/ OPC/ Sole Prop. / Nidhi/ Section 8/ NGO/ Trust etc.
