A valid address proof can be either Electricity bill, Gas bill, Water bill, Mobile bill, broadband bill or Bank Statement or bank Passbook. Proposed Office Address Proof

This bill can be in anybody name whether mother, father, relative, landlord, neighbour, anybody. The address proof should not be older than 60 days i.e. 2 months.
