In order to provide much-awaited relief to its taxpayers during the epidemic facing the entire country, the Central Board of Direct Taxes issued its circular 08/2021 dated 30 April 2021 for extension of time limit for compliance with the Income Tax Act, 1961 have done

The due date for submission of income tax returns for FY20 has been extended from December 31, 2020, to January 10, 2021. The date of submission of tax audit and TP audit report has been extended to 01.15.2021. The deadline for filing of Income Tax Returns by companies (auditable assessees) for 2019-20 has been extended by 15 days to February 15, 2021.
